James Plant is a small family run Blacksmiths based in the heart of rural Shropshire, at Acton Burnell near Shrewsbury. With a well established customer base spanning Edinburgh to London we pride ourselves on our friendly helpful customer service.

We are manufacturers and installers of decorative bespoke metal work, from large steel structures such as balconies, industrial sliding gates, driveway gates and railings, to small one off pieces including, indoor and outdoor furniture, beds, curtain poles and every thing for home and garden. All individually made to your special requirements, we use both modern and traditional metalworking skills, enabling us to design and hand craft your perfect item.
